Solve the problems that happen between classrooms

Vero gives Australian secondary and P–12 school leaders one teacher-led pass workflow, shared open-pass register and searchable record for operational follow-up.

  • One workflow for teachers
  • Shared open-pass records for leadership
  • Searchable records when they matter

One consistent pass record. Clearer school processes.

Each solution starts with the same simple event: a teacher creates a pass with an expected destination. Vero makes the open record available to authorised staff and keeps the completed record for appropriate follow-up.

  • Timestamps, destinations, duration, and staff attribution
  • Role-based access for teachers, leaders, IT, and wellbeing teams
  • Sydney-hosted primary application database; Connected sync through Wonde

Common questions

What school problems can Vero help solve?
Vero supports Australian schools with staff-created out-of-class passes, emergency information processes, staff-defined separation, lateness records and appropriate operational follow-up. Each workflow uses records created in Vero rather than claiming to observe a student's physical location or behaviour.
Do teachers need a different workflow for each solution?
No. Teachers use the same fast pass workflow for each authorised pass. Vero keeps open records in a shared register and completed records available for role-based review. Schools can configure record-review alerts using thresholds they define.
Does Vero replace our student information system?
No. Your SIS remains the source of truth. Vero Connected syncs approved student, class and timetable data through Wonde; Vero Core uses manual student-data management. Vero adds the teacher-led pass workflow and shared open-pass register.
Can we start with one use case?
Yes. Start with digital out-of-class passes or one immediate challenge, then decide which other included modules fit your school. A paid one-term pilot provides a defined way to evaluate the workflow before an annual subscription.
How quickly can a school get started?
A defined pilot group can generally be live within one week, subject to school data readiness, Wonde approval and any local allowlisting. No formal teacher training is required, and there is zero ongoing IT overhead after setup.
