How long is the pilot?
One school term. That gives your team enough time to evaluate the classroom workflow, the quality of the records and the practical fit across normal school routines.
Who can take part in the pilot?
The $500 AUD pilot can cover your whole school or a smaller scope. Choose the year levels, campuses, buildings or teaching teams that suit you.
Do we need IT involved?
Vero has no ongoing IT overhead and no app-store deployment. Vero Connected needs a one-time Wonde approval from your SIS administrator, plus any local allowlisting your school requires.
What happens at the end of the pilot?
We review the pilot against the questions your school chose at the start. If you continue, the pilot fee is credited in full toward the annual subscription. If not, we close the pilot and delete your data in line with the agreed process.
How is the pilot priced?
Vero's one-term pilot is $500 AUD excluding GST, or your school's quoted annual subscription price if that is lower. If your school continues to an annual Vero subscription, the full pilot fee is credited toward that subscription.
