Data sits in silos
Pass records, attendance and pastoral notes may sit in different approved systems. Vero focuses on the teacher-created pass chronology; it is not a complete picture of a student's behaviour.
Vero organises authorised school records without turning an open pass or record summary into a location claim, behaviour finding, diagnosis or risk score.
Pass records can be scattered across classes and staff recollection. A shared view makes consistent, contextual review easier.

A sample record may include repeated sick bay destinations or passes during the same Maths period. Authorised staff can review the entries while checking context and avoiding assumptions about cause.

When pass records are difficult to aggregate, staff may miss a change that warrants a conversation. The record remains a prompt, not a conclusion.
For a parent meeting, authorised staff can bring a neutral chronology of pass frequency, duration, selected destinations and times. Explain its limits and review it alongside the student's account and wider context.
Where a school has an appropriate reason to review them, authorised staff can consider relevant pass entries alongside other approved information. Vero does not diagnose a concern or identify a student as being at risk.
